The Community Artist Program-Durango
Join us every First Thursday of the month for our local artist reception.
Meet the featured artist, enjoy catering by Hot Tomatoes and get an early start on the "First Thursday Downtown Gallery Experience".  CAP artist receptions are from 3:30 to 5:00 pm.

Water Justice Project's River Cleanup Day
Sunday, April 12th, beginning at 8:00am
The Water Justice Project is a registered student organization at Fort Lewis College concerned with protecting watersheds in the four corners. They will host an Animas River Cleanup Day on Sunday. Volunteers should meet at Rotary Park, refreshments will be provided by BREW Pub and Kitchen.

The Durango Botanical Society will host an evening of refreshments, a silent auction of art and gardening supplies, and live music from "Bob's Your Uncle". Details available at durangobotanicalsociety.com

CROP Hunger Walk
Saturday, April 18th, 8:30am - 2:00pm
The CROP Hunger Walk for La Plata County takes places Saturday on the Durango River Trail. Registration starts at 8:30am at Santa Rita Park and there will be 3 and 6 mile options.
